I have never been a huge proponent of Crossfit, but that is a pretty cool video. I feel like it doesn't take into account any sort of imbalances, past injuries, or current fitness level. It's just balls to the wall randomness. I just read an article from EliteFTS about Crossfit and the pros and cons of it.
