Well done!  My last mount (2003) took over a year to get back.

yeah the taxidermist I had do it is a full time taxidermist and I was only the 4th deer he had gotten this season, so I lucked out!!

Very nice! I really like the claw. My buddy says mine is almost ready except for the final painting, so hopefully I will be able to post pics real soon also. Congrats on a great buck!

Mine also took over a year....but that was in 2004-2005.

Goose,
The only reason the rage didnt pass through is because he was quartering away and it lodged in his off shoulder. The end of the broadhead was just underneath the hyde on the other side. The rage did an awesome job! The blood trail was unbeleivable even with just an entry hole! Thanks for the kind words fellas.
