I purchased a kit from thiswebiste. It was fairly easy to do. Lesson learned for next time, skin the head right away. A winter's worth of drying made it a bugger to do.
Overall, it turned out pretty well. Below is a photo of the deer after I shot it opening day.
Nice buck! Nice job! I do a lot of plaque mounts for friends etc, won't accept the challenge if hair is still on. I don't charge and I don't remove dried hair anymore! It is a fun winter time hobby.
