Triple Lock-Up

Postby allthingshunting » Fri Jan 16, 2009 12:28 am

Not sure where this happened or when...one of those emails with very little information, but as near as i can tell there is no reason to doubt it.  Something i have never seen or heard of before.  What a waste of meat and antler.

I got the email with a short description of the event, I guess they were found somewhere in Texas, during the rut.  One of the deer was still alive, the antlers were cut from the two dead deer and the third deer, wore out and tired slowly made it's way back into bush.

It's not completely uncommon for 3 to get locked up.  Must be a very good buck / doe ratio in that area.

That would make one heck of a mount.
