If you could resize the photo it would help. But from the size of your photo and the size of the cat right now it looks like a regular house cat.

Here is the procedure I was told:
1.Click the start button
2.Click on All Programs
3.Click on Accessories
4.Click on Paint
5.Click File
6.Click Open
7.Find and click the folder your photo is in
8.Click the photo you want to resize
9.Click Image
10.Click on Stretch/Skew
11.Set Horizotal and Vertical to 20%
12.Click OK
13.Close window
14.Click yes to save changes to your photo.

Then you can upload a resized photo that is easier to see.

I have two questions is that a feeder hanging there?  
 
Did they change the laws in Illinois?  the last I read feeding and baiting was not leagal here.

No not at all I wanted to offer some friendly advice,  before he forwards that photo to the Illinois DNR to show them we have a bobcat running around in Illinois he might want to crop the feeder out of the photo.   I dont think the IDNR would find it that funny.
