thanks guys... I did find out I'd hit him low on the side with the first shot. Luckily it didn't hit any intestine, but it did open up the stomach pretty good inside... He had outsmarted another hunter during first session by doing the same thing with laying down after jumping up and running away from his bed. This is definitely a hunt I won't soon forget, especially with him on my wall... He'll be the first shoulder mount I'll have done.
