Got a doe...

Shot her at 7:05 Sunday night. Dressed her out and hung her. We butchered her when I got home from work last night. My uncle and I de-boned it, I chunked it while my 2.5 year old daughter watched, and my 5 year old got to push it through the grinder, and my wife got to bag and label everything. A good family night.

Great job! I just got back from opening my season in MD with some meat in the freezer! Looks to be a great start to a great year!
