I'm up to my old tricks again, selling camo. Doubled from my tower stand, the one 8' off the ground, same stand I killed this one's mama from a day earlier. The gobbler was just dumb. All three killed with the same arrow and b-head.

I aint right.
Health is pretty good but I am thinking I may have start drinking again. I haven't really p'ed anybody off in a couple weeks. Maybe I should post this picture on our favorite forum???

I was riding an 18 hand warmblood for this woman we know who's had double knee surgery this summer, and a few weeks ago we were coming down a hill and he tripped and fell flat on his face with me going over his shoulder. He didn't fall all the way on me, just partially but it was enough to bang me up a bit but for a second or so there (my primary thought as this was happening was to GET AWAY from 1600 pounds of horse that was rapidly and uncontrollably coming down on me!) I thought that maybe I wasn't going to be able to bowhunt this year after all.

Like I said, take them as they come.

That ever happens again, try and pull his head as high as you can while at the same time, standing in one stirrup or the other. Using the rains for balance, you can jump quite a ways. I had one go end over end with me at the O.K one day and was in thebar, halfway through a red beer before he quit rolling.
