Good way to make jerky

I have been successful hunter and I have been unsuccessful, but no matter what happens during the season I ALWAYS make jerky as if it were Venison. My daughter loves it and if disappointing myself with a failed attempt isn't enough see expects jerky. So every year I make my own jerky. This year I had to eat some crow and buy some beef roasts so I could make my little girl some jerky. When I make it I always follow the Sam recipe and technique whether its venison or beef.
