I guess they were really ready to come off. That was the first and only time that I have ever seen a deer actually shed it's antlers. Thanks for posting it.

The only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker is observation. All the same data is present for both. The rest is understanding what you are seeing.
no prob, it was the first time I'd seen a white buck do it for sure,I like how he rolls in racked and sprints out with nothing lol, always cool to see nature in action!
How cool is that. One thing id love to see is a deer actually drop an antler. Ive never seen it but ive been darn close. On 2 different occasions ive jumped a buck while shed hunting and then found one of its antlers less than a hundred yards away. Maybe i just need to chase them when i see them still carrying antlers....haha..!!
