after further research it didn't belong to some girl who lost one the year before as a pet. But it did say someone else around there maybe owned one. What's the deal with kangaroos as pets lol

(CNN) - Jan 1, 2014 Animals running loose in a neighborhood isn't anything new, unless it's a kangaroo, that is.

Animal Control deputies were called to a neighborhood in Orlando on Wednesday after a kangaroo got loose amongst the homes.

Witnesses say deputies had to chase the marsupial down a major road before it could be wrangled.

Officials still don't know how the animal got loose.
