We used to do these in football/basketball practice - I didn't like them then so I know I won't like them now. [:)]

I don't workout but my job is very physical(sledge hammers,3/4 impact guns, air chisels),at 5'11,155LBS I guess I have my fast metabolism to thank, I don't get out of breath but I did find that after dragging my 180LB doe about 80 YDS my thighs were on fire. Guess I could use some exercise!!! Happy hunting...

[:D][:D]! The boxing community figured out a century ago, what many fitness buffs still fail to understand. Once the legs go, nothing else matters!

By the way, sledge swings are an awesome workout! We beat old tires with 10 lb. hammers!

You won't be so glad after the first 20-25. Make sure you've got a bucket nearby. [:D]

I'm sure I'm not in perfect physical shape because I do not work out. I keep physically active meaning work, cutting wood, splitting wood, and all kinds of other outdoor activities but dont work out.
My biggest thing health wise is my bad smoking habit. Noticed it a little more this year dragging out deer. Hopefully I find the ability to quit sooner rather than later.
