deer meat best part

what do you think is the best meat on a deer, is i think it is the back strapp
if it is brown it is down..........hahahaha

Back Strap, but if a roast is slooooooow cooked with potatoes, carrots, and several other yummy ingrediants it is hard to beat that on a cold day.

backstrap on the grill or cut into steaks and pounded out like tenderloins and breaded with egg and cracker then fried

tenderloins,backstrap,then the sirloins off the back legs

The best meat on a deer is the meat under the skin! Ok, seriously, I would have to say the backstraps(the big ones that run along the spine)
