this is a discussion that has been on the illinois foraum below. i moved it up here so it might be more visible and perhaps reach some intersted parties who elsewise might not see it. the dnr has formed a task force to deal with the purported high number of deer in certain areas. below is a link to the dnrs info page on these procedings.
