Clogging my Spinner Plate...

·         Since corn prices have shot through the roof, I've been feeding protein pellets, which is better for the deer and the same price or cheaper, but they seem to keep clogging up my spinner plate.. I know I'm not the only one using pellets, what am I doing wrong?

protein pellets are better in my opion but it may take a while for the deer to take a liking to them.. might just want to stick with corn and put out some minerals.

[color="#000000"][size="2"]you could mix the pellets with corn, which has always helped me. I've been using feeder helpers on all mine since last fall, I have seven feeders and only 1 has clogged since, which only took 2 seconds to unclog with the feeder helper.  [/size][/color]
