MSHunter, It is an internet story I ran accoss about a year ago. (not mine, though I would have loved to witness it myself!) I recalled it and found it to share. Vetrans one and all, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! :D
The only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker is observation. All the same data is present for both. The rest is understanding what you are seeing.
