The only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker is observation. All the same data is present for both. The rest is understanding what you are seeing.

Don't give up the ship. I know it must be tough to live where the guns laws are so backwards. I just pulled this Chicago Tribune article from the NRA-ILA newslettter. There are people fighting in your behalf.
