Earn by exploiting your piece of land

I own about eighty five acres of land in the outskirts of Maryland. I am too busy to take care of the property personally. I want leads about good land management consultants who can advise me on how to put the land to good use so that I can also earn something out of it. Any clues?

Silwenworn, welcome to the forum!  Lots of info to gain on here, and we're looking forward to any advice that you may have.
 
As far as your question, check out www.habitatNOW.com.  I listened to a seminar that the guy that owns this company put on at the MN Deer Expo this year.  I've done quite a bit of research on the net as as far as finding someone to make you money and make your land more wildlife friendly, this is the place.  Check it out!  I'd contact him personally if you can...Should be a number on the website.  Let me know if you have anymore questions.  I have some more literature on this as well!  Good luck.
