Fudge

Whats your favorite fudge? Why is it your favorite?
Can  white key-lime, or snickers, maple, etc count as true fudge?

I like many types but I am a straight up chocolate fudge with walnuts kind of person. This to me is the epitome of fudge.

Mackinac style fudge tends to be consistently what I look for in overall taste and texture in my fudge.

I must add owever my great aunt, god rest her soul, took the best recipe ever with her to her grave. She lived up in MI and I thinks she put some sort of brandy (or something)in her walnut fudge. Not alot but just enough for a hint of flavor for pure deliciousness.

Its pay day candy bars and dr.pepper for me. Fudge maybe twice a year.

I don't care what flavor it is, just as long as it comes from Mackinac Island!!!!  Best damn fudge in the world up there!

haha! nice post WW i had a good laugh [:D] my favorite would be just plain ol chocolate fudge, or chocolate raspberry if im feeling adventurous (sp) anything chocolate raspberry is gold in my book lol! I really don't get to eat fudge a lot but when i do its normally regular chocolate!
