haha reminded me of when Bear Grylls tied his knife to a stick to fight off Rinos if they bothered him when he was sleeping near a game trail
Put me on a mountain, way back in the backwoods
Put me on a lake with biggin' on the line
Put me around a campfire cookin' something I just cleaned

IMO, the best one made for hunters is the Gransfors Bruks Hunter's Axe. Hand forged in Sweden, polished edge, hickory handle with hand carved grip, and the best part....a "SKINNING" poll on the back of the head.

You can literally butcher an entire animal with this tool.

Yikes! [:D][:D][:D] I guess I should have been clearer.

Here's a picture of my brother using the skatchet to cut brush around one of the fallen moose so we'd have room to do the "wet work."

When the Everyday Hunter isn't hunting, he's thinking about hunting, talking about hunting, dreaming about hunting, writing about hunting, or wishing he were hunting.
