Our new addition!

Postby Sailfish » Wed Feb 04, 2009 7:57 am

It was almost 2 years ago we lost our last lab.
Friday night we picked up our newest addition to the family.

Her name is Sounders Rain.

We just call her Rain (except my little girl, she informed us she will be calling her Rainey):

We recently got a new little dog too, a red mini dachshund named Remy. She's 6 months old, and just got her adult teeth. She won't leave us alone. I'd post a photo of her but I can't find the cord that connects my camera to my 'puter.

Nice one, that Sounders Rain!

What a beautiful dog Rainey is!
We just got a Golden Retriever 1 week ago today. 9 weeks old, we named it Riley. My girls love her! Good luck with your Lab.

Very cute.
I see your doing the crate training. How is that working out for you?
We had a couple rough nights but the last two have been real smooth.

The crate training is going well. We put her in it when we go to sleep and usually she'll only wake up once through the night to go out and relieve herself. Luckily she only wimpers when she wakes and has to go.

Congrats on your pup sailfish!

Good topic in general. I'll bet dogs are a common love for many of us. A dog training thread would get a lot of traffic.
