What bargain did you spot today?

I thought we could use this as a running thread for anything any of us spot via the internet or stores. I frequent both often enough and come across some stuff that we all could perhaps benefit from. It would be great if we all could share in this, especially in today's economy.

Lowes is having some incredible regular price mark-downs and clearance items (I went last nght). (All Lowes are given an list of stock that corporate deems "time to move". It is up to each store's discretion as to what and how much they will clearance.)
 
They had the Dewalt 13" 3-blade planer for $300.

12/2 regular price is down to like $38 (I paid I think $87 last fall)
Walking though the aisles if you look at the tags, you will see all the new prices and clearance prices (not all the clearance items are in the back on the tables, walk around) there are many!

Its cigars and everything cigars. Some of the auctions are decent and you can pick up all kinds of things. Some of the non-auction multi-packs are decent deals too (especially if you don't want a whole box of something)

What they do allllll day, everyday is put one item up for sale and its a reallllly good deal. Once they are sold out, they move to another item. It happens pretty fast. I just got a new pair of Oakley's for my wife two days ago......$39.00!!!!

Here's a good deal at Midway USA on a Simmons scope, I have this scope and paid over $250 last year, very crisp, and clear.  Quality you would expect from a much more exspensive scope.  There's two models one with the mil-dot and other with duplex reticles.

I won a a new husqvarna 455 chainsaw off ebay for 265.00. Lowe's has the same saw for 399.00.  Did not have to pay shipping, because the seller was 40 miles from the house.

since we're talking bargins .I use both cabelas and bass pro cards.For everything,all household expenses.You have to pay for gas,groceries,phone,cable,etc might as well link it to your card of choice and collect points.About to buy 100$ worth of "free" stuff .Its also a good way to track your spending.Just make sure you pay your balance in full or you get slammed with those obsecne rates that would make a MOB guy blush

Not only did I spot a bargain I bought two yesterday. In a Meijer department store I found a Mr. Heater, 8 to 14.000 BTU propane heater for my ground blind Reg. 49.99 at 50% off came to 24.90. Also a pair of Bushmaster boots. Reg. 69.99 at 75%off I got them for 17.50. I was like a kid in a chunky cheese.

I just saw a deal on TV about the new Dodge Trucks and Cars....the price was 1/2 of what the regular price usually is.Not sure if you want a Dodge right now but the price was worth it and the Trucks were V-8 engines.
