Anyone use or have the apex bone collector sight?

I just bought an apex bone collector sight and at 10 yards i got my pin all the way to the top of the sight and the bracket moved all the way up and i still can't get my arrows to come down at all. Idk if its just the sight or something else. I am shooting terminator light hunter 6075's 65 pound draw and have the mathews down force rest. Any suggestions?
