Any of you Trad shooters make your own footed shafts ?

My oldest son started making his own footed shafts a few years ago . He has killed several deer using his own arrows . He used a piece of antler cut down for some of the self-nocks . It's an enjoyable hobby for him but would be too much work for me . Here are a few pictures .
