Best deer feeder

[font=calibri]I am looking to purchase a couple of feeders for next year, with the drought conditions the last two years I give up on my food plots.[/font]

[font=calibri]Thinking about tri-pods with automatic feed and a solar backup and need advise on best ones.....and whether I should go with 6 volt vs. 12 volt, metal vs. plastic, and if they will feed two or three types of feed at the same time without clogging…..like beans, corn and pellets…….Thanks   Bob[/font]

I use to have a plastic drum, with 12 volt battery....I bought way back from Cabelas.
I think they go for about 100 $.
 
They work great.  Never had a problem with them. Used it for about 5 years.  Replaced the battery once.
 
I've used deer pellets....corn....not crack corn (it clogs up)
 
I gave it to a buddy of mine awhile back.  But he says it still works good

This might not be the most expensive or best one.....but it did the job
