Just thought I would share this with you..............A buddy from work was shooting his bow and was right on at twenty yards but at 30 to 40 he was right on each shot. I thought rest right away but bow shot perfect through paper, so when he shot some more we noticed that he wasnt holding his bow level. He started using the bubble level on his sight and right away his arrows were perfect. Just a reminder that it can be simple things!

Ypu`re too right! It can be something as easy to overlook as not getting the string the same place on your nose each tome, holding the bow handle a little differently each shot, or, as you identified, canting the bow.
 
Always good to be reminded of the simple stuff.

I am guilty of this myself and have to force myself to look at the level on my site.

I had the same problem myself.  I'm glad I have a sight with a level or probably never would have figured out what I was doing wrong...

You are right Highlander I purchased a new bow this spring and could not get it to paper tune. The problem ended up being my grip. Adjusted my grip and bullet holes. Cant stress enough how good repetitive form is paramount in archery.

Sadly, even with a bubble, many will just level the bubble instead of making the form correction that will eliminate torque.

I dont think I've ever even looked at my level. But it's good to know where to start if problems develop.

ALWAYS start with your grip, it is the last point of contact you have with the bow before the arrow clears the rest.
