Used bows starting off are a great idea, but keep this in mind a lot of the time when people go to sell its because they got a new bow or don't have time. Where I am going with this is be prepared to possibly have to replace strings and such. Example if I get a new bow and want to take improvements off the old such as sights stabilizer bars anything you can think of I will put replacement old stuff on my old bow. Not saying you can't find a good bow but be ready for upgrades when buying a used bow. Damn I can't write on a cell phone!
