Thermacell Lantern

Postby msbadger » Wed May 22, 2013 1:24 pm

I belong to another site and they have opportunities for product testing. They chose me to test the Thermacell Lantern. There is not one remotely negative thing I could possibly say about this product...once again the company has produced a fine product. It operates just like the Thermacells most of us are familiar with, but in a lantern form. The lantern works independent of the bug repellent on 4 AA batteries. There are LED bulbs that operate off a High -Low switch so even when the bug repellent isn't needed you have a hand held lantern with a nice easy grip handle.

If you fish at night...go night crawler hunting...sit on the deck with friends or work on your lawn mower in the drive...You can't go wrong picking up one of these.

I like the idea, but you link is not direct. It seems they have several versions. Which one is it, you have tested?

Sorry.... I posted the link because I couldn't get the pic to post...I tested the Out Door Lantern which has the most LED's ..8 in all.
This is a great unit for walks back from the bonfire or if camping the out house...When looking for night crawlers it gives off just the right amount of light and keeps the mosquitoes away. Sitting on the deck and watching the fire flies out in the field is much more enjoyable...and yes they are out already here...not in force but they will be soon
