Wingaersheek Beach Gloucester area..
A doe jumps out right in front of my truck no more than 2 feet away. She stopped as she got to the other side, looked back and up the hill she went disappearing into the night. This deer was hanging out in someones front yard with homes all around.
To bad these things dont happen when I'm in my stand.

11-30-10 12:30pm I went for a walk at the gun club and found a new scrape with fresh urine in it.
12-2-10 1:00pm I was up on scaffolding and saw a doe run through the back yard of my customers house.

The deer still are not moving mch out here in zone 5.Because the season is running out I have gotten more aggresive and started following tracks into the bedding areas.I have seen several deer but have been unble to get a shot.There is definately plenty of deer.The ones I jumped looked to be in heavy cover and they hadn't moved all day.The beds were melted all the way to the bare ground.
