20 Acre Lot near Iron River, MI

Looking to sell, trade, or trade access on a 20 acre lot in Iron River, MI. The lot itself is flat and is a mixture of woods and meadow. Gas and electric are both offered at the road. Within minutes of the lot is Iron Lake, a 400 acre lake know for it's walleye fishing. The owner of this lot would have deeded access to Iron Lake with access to a nice pier to leave their boat at. Hunting in the area is great, with lots of deer sign present. Asking $43,900.00. Have many pics, survey map, etc. If trade or trade for access, I'm looking for land in northern or central Illinois or possibly southern Wisconsin for archery deer hunting. Thanks![/align]

man I wish I could, We have a place by sunset lake. Very nice area for deer hunting!

The price on this lot has been reduced to $41,900.
