CWD in Michigan

Unfortunately the first case of CWD in Michigan has just been discovered. The three year old whitetail diagnosed with Chronic Wasting Disease was actually found in a private facility in my very own stomping grounds of Kent County. This is something all of us in Michigan need to keep an eye on. Anyone else as worried about this as I am?

I think the dnr is overreacting to this already. it came from a pen deer and they are freaking out. It could have been when this animal was transported in from another state. It seems to me they are already sending out the message to kill, kill and kill some more.
