MN deer harvest up 7% in 2010

From Star Tribune.
Firearms hunters harvested 176,200 deer, an 8 percent increase.
Archery hunters harvested 21,500 deer — a 4 percent increase from 2009 —
Muzzleloader hunters harvested 9,300 deer, a 12 percent increase from the previous year

Maybe more deer killed since people decided to hunt instead of watch the Vikes this season. 
 
Good thing I recovered my bow kill or it would have only been 21,499 deer.[:D]
