More charges for deer stand death in MN

Sounds like there is a lot more to the story than was referenced in the article.
 
There is a good stand on my property that is right on the fenceline with public land.  The fence literally grows right through the treestand tree.   To access the stand however, you need to be on the private side to access the ladder.  I've kicked two hunters out of that stand over the past couple years.
 
I think next time I might just walk up and take my ladder away with them still up there standing on the platform.[;)]
