NYS has an excellent Venison Donation Program . If you kill more deer that you need , you can donate to a need cause . They claim "an average size deer will provides 160 servings of ground venison" .
Apparently they havn't seen me sitting at the dinner table ! [8|]

I usually donate a few deer to our donation program. I donate the rest to my refrigerator! [:D]
