I'd be skeptical of anything marketed as throw and grow because most of them are filled with rye grass which deer mostly ignore.
Durana clover or kopu II are good perennial clovers for our area. Crimson clover is the easiest and quickest establishing, but it is an annual. Soybeans would probably do the most good, but you will need a few acres to pull that off due to deer overgrazing them.
