Just recieved a notice of insurance cancelation for my farm and deer cabin. The grounds were "length of vacancy" It is a 140 acre working grain farm with a 1850's farm house. I inherited it 3years ago, completely remodled the farm house and had all the building repainted. (house, two barns and a shed). I live about 45 miles away and am there twice a week for upkeep. During hunting season someone spends the night at least weekly. That is the history.
My question is does anyone have any insurance company thats deals in NE Ohio area...Trumbull county that I could contact.

What type of insurance do you all have that own a hunting camp that is not your residence? That's pretty much what I need.
