Leased Hunting Land

Anyone hunting on leased hunting grounds?  I am considering leasing 80 -100 acres, with a small group tha I can trust to abide by QDM practices.  I am a member of a Sportsmans Club, to which we have no hunting land but do have a private lake.  There are ~90 members, and I am trying to convince them to lease a large parcel of land up to 250 acres without much success.  Trying to sell them on the idea of a hunting lottery from year to year to hunt the land to keep hunters to a minimum and the Deer heard at its maximum.

I don't lease land, but have considered it a few times.  My problem is finding  a group of people that will mesh well together and have a similiar set of goals.  I would think that on 80 - 100 acres if you got more than a couple people problems are bound to arise just because of the confined space you all will be hunting.
