smileys -- what?

We have those smileys available -- "emoticons" to add some flavor to our posts. Does anyone have a good handle on what they mean? I understand a few of them:
[:)] Red cheeks means embarrassment.
[:D] Toothy smile means "LOL" or "laugh out loud."
[;)] Winking means "I'm kidding."
[:@] Red face means anger.
[:(] Tears means crying.
[&:] Blue face probably means "I'm sick."
[:'(] Or, maybe the green face means "I'm sick."

But I have no idea what these mean:
[8D] Do I use sunglasses when I want to be cool?
[>:] Not sure here.
[:o] Lavender face -- I'm afraid to guess.
[X(] Sorry, but this looks like a roll of toilet paper where the mouth should be. Could it be "potty mouth"?
[:-] Looks like Tweety Bird, "I taut I taw a puddy cat!"
[8|] Am I an intellectual if I use this one?
[&o] I have no idea here.

Then, under "more smileys..."
[sm=kiss.gif] I'm a little reluctant to use this one unless I know someone real well.
[sm=rolleyes.gif] Rolling eyes -- not really polite.
[sm=s14.gif] Looks to me like a repeat of the last one in the above group. Still no idea.
[sm=s201.gif] More toilet paper, but on a green face -- what's up with that?
[sm=s231.gif] Another Tweety Bird?

Obviously, they're not what I'd consider "intuitive." Who can help?

Actually I'm of no help...but there are more out there i wish we had on here to replace some of those unknown ones nobody uses[8D]

Here's what I think some of them mean...

[>:] Frustrated
[:o] Oh my gosh or Oh no!
[&o] Sad
[8|] rolling eyes as in "Give me a break" or "whatever"
[X(] Sick
[:'(] Yuck
[sm=s201.gif] Really "toss your cookies" sick
[&:] Overwhelmed or out of sorts
[:@] Mad, Angry, Really frustrated
[:D] Happy, LOL
[8D] Happy goofball
[:-] Sticking your tongue out being a brat
