Avitar and signature help

Ok, i'm not new to the forum scene, but i sure am having problems getting an avitar up. I am trying to upload from photobucket. I tried all 4 different types of photos. It's only 64x68 pixels, so it should work. Any ideas?

Also, will the signatures support  a photo or banner? Or is it just for text? I tried one from photobucket again, no go. Just keeps taking me back to my profile page.
