I know in my area of Western PA we had aweful weather. We had over 20 inches pf snow and the deer were not moving at all. Many of my buddies got nothing last year due to the high snow. I do not like the estimated number. I really wish they would go to an actual count. Not to start someting new but I really like the way Ohio does their counting. They have an actual number of deer killed just a few days after the gun season is over. All deer must be checked into a deer check station. Like we do for bears. My.02 cents.
