Just happned accross this while reading the news.
Not sure how I feel about it.
I dont usually bait.. sometimes I will in late winter or early spring in front of some cameras.. but I havent done that in a while.
I know a lot of people that do...
Definitely dont want CWD, but I am not sure if PA is to the point of this proposal yet. I guess I havent followed it enough to have a solid opinion.
