Locked Bucks in South Dakota

Postby 69Viking » Wed Jan 07, 2009 3:03 am

This link is to a Forum I'm a member of in Florida, some amazing pictures of two bucks locked up in South Dakota, one was already dead when they found them but one was freed to fight another day.  Check it out!

Very cool.  I was debating in my head which deer I'd saw the antler from.

I thinK I would have sawed off the live deer's antler.  Then I'd have a nice, intact rack from the dead dear.

I know what you mean!  I'm still waiting just to witness two bucks fighting, I think that has to the ultimate rush!

I've only witnessed one knock down drag out fight.  It was the Fall of 2007.  Very, very cool.  Two smaller bucks locking heads and kicking up dirt in the plowed bean field 150 yards from my stand.

great post! i got these pics in an email last week but no story to go with it.

I've witnessed 2 150+ deer fighting but it was in early oct and it wasnt anything real aggressive. the smaller of the 2 wanted to fight something fierce but the big one didnt want anything to do with it really.

awesome to watch none the less!!

Its MUCH more important than that!
