Oh Charlie is a northerner and gives northern predictions.
He'll attempt to give a southern prediction but won't garrentee to be even close.
Mostly due to the TX rut being so broad.
And the further South in TX that you go, things get really screwy. You could potentially see rutting action, given the right ratio, all year.
But to answer your question. There's no exact answer.... Sorry.
But if I were you, I'd be in my stand as much as possible from around Nov. 15th thru the Thanksgiving weekend. That's when I've seen the rut be in full swing in the past.

By the way, there aren't to many TX people on this site for reasons due to my opening statement, I believe. So it's good to see a few more on here.
