opening day

anyone going out opening day of bow season? I know I will be sitting in a tree when that sun comes up. bow sighted, check, clothes getting washed as we speak, then hung outside, check, liscence, check. stands set ,check, I AM SO EXCITED

I'll be out there with my bow in hand. The opening of the deer season is a family tradition. I know that other deer opener in November when the pumpkin army of orange weekenders takes to the woods gets all the press but this is the only one I get excited about.

Same here. I really look forward to the opener of bow season. I will be out there in the Wautoma area as the sun rises.

Ill be hunting deep in a swamp saturday morning. Should have the big 8 down by 9 
. We'll see how it goes. Classes tomorrow are going to be a struggle to stay focused.
