Question 39 they just passed a week ago and now their going to ask if people support it? seems kinda backwards

last issue of wisconsin outdoor news said question 48 wouldnt be on their, apparently they were wrong

question 34 seems like a waste of time since nothing can happen without legislative approval(and we all know how few wisconsin residents attend)

#34 is interesting. I always thought it would be a good idea to keep the baiting to the earlier part of the year and stop it about when the rut kicks in and during the gun season. I am not anti-baiting but just think it is something that works better earlier. Baiting during the rut causes lots of conflicts and baiting during the gun season can end up pushing the deer nocturnal if too many are baiting in an area. As you say this can not happen without the legislation, but perhaps it could be something for the 2015 season.

Loving the idea of getting rid of in-person deer registration. :D
