A question, If the crossbow is a superior weapon, why wouldn't we want them used for hunting. I thought the object was to cleanly dispatch the animal in the most humane way possible.

Don’t tell the other guys, keep this between you and me but every WI resident has the ability to hunt the rut. Nobody is excluded from doing so. Not even the elderly and handicapped. Everybody that wants to hunt the rut can do so (If he really wants to) Now keep that between you and I, we don’t want this leaking out to the others.
