Since no one has put in a recipe I'll take a stab at it.
two pounds ground venison
1 pound bacon strips
2 eggs
1 package "Lipton" onion soup mix
Italian bread crumbs
Green bell pepper (or other veggies you like)
Weave the bacon into a "placemat" on a piece of wax paper, like you used to do when you were a kid back in school art class.
Mix the ground venison, eggs, soup mix, green pepper together. Add italian bread crumbs into the mix until the mix starts to get "sticky".
place the venison mix on the "bacon placemat" and with the wax paper roll the bacon and venison mix into a "log"
Place the log onto the grill (no wax paper) and cook until it's to your liking. After it's done take it off the grill and you can serve it a number of ways. I've sliced it into hamburger style patties on buns with cheese and toppings, and I have served it Meatloaf style with gravy and potatos.
