It all makes sense to me. I have been trying do the back tension thing which has been successful but the surprise release is another story :(

I was bummed as I couldn't get the videos to play with WM Player or Quicktime.

The best thing I ever did to help me get rid of target panic was start shooting a back tension release (I shoot a whalens hooker and love it). Good write up and read!
