Can't change my email address

I am trying to change my email address under the control panel with no luck. Every time I enter it in the first time, then confirm it a second time, then enter in my password then hit submit, it goes directly to a blank page. Am I missing something that I should be doing?

....it's actually saying that my current password isn't correct that I'm typing in. Which is wrong. I logged out and logged back in numerous times with the same password.
