I have some UA stuff, I think it is the best base layer you can buy to keep warm. However I can buy athletic base layers made of 'moisture wicking' material from walmart for about 5-7$ each. SO I have a ton of that stuff, but on the coldest days I usually wear UA.

My only complaint with UA is it seem to be more uncomfortable than my other base layers, it rubs against any body hair and kind of makes me have ants in the pants. IDK, maybe I'm just crazy.

I would go with one of the brands that aren't as popular as UA...Way to expensive seeing that there is stuff you can buy that is the same thing for a fraction of the cost of UA

For those looking for some UA cold gear items....and willing to fight the chaos of Black Friday....I was looking ahead at black friday ads and it appears Dicks will have their cold gear $10 off that day.

If you have any other points vouchers or coupons (like from the Entertainment Book)....it wouldn't hurt the pocket book quite so much to get a piece or two.

If you can comfortably spend money on UA stuff, go for it. I know I would. :)
I only hunt on days that end in ' Y '.
